this boy has some sticky feet!  he scales the slide all the time with now hesitation at all.  

we definitely have a climber!

of course, if there are other kids at the playground we only go DOWN the slide, but if he's the only on up there....we let it slide!  ;)  haha...get it....slide!  (yeah, i'm a dork)

cookie hat

we ventured to the mall today and i think graham got the best deal of the day.  

we were walking through h&m at first graham found an elmo lunchbox that we were dreading we were going to have to buy because he wouldn't let it go.  suddenly, grady found THE cookie hat!  no price on it...so again...we were like 'how much is this going to cost us?'  but at this point, to bypass a meltdown....we would pay anything!

we get to the check out and guess what it rang up as.....

we were lucky enough to get to spend some time with grammie, bruce, justina and garrett and get some croquet in before it got dark!  dude got some good hits in too.  he's a natural!  i have a feeling i know what we'll be doing at grana and grampa's house in november!

olympics 2028 here we come!!

this is the dude's second birthday party at the little gym.  the first was for liam's 2nd birthday and the dude was a natural at the balance beam.  we even got some comments in disbelief to the effect of 'that's his first time on a balance beam?!'

this time around he showed more interest in the paralel bars with the shape steps, the uneven bars, and LOVED the air pillow!  the kids were supposed to run down the air pillow and then follow the dots around the room back to the air pillow to do some more jumping.  nope...not this dude.  he just wanted to jump on the pillow!  i had to about tear him away from the thing.  hmmmm....trampoline for a birthday gift??!!
